Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Tryfox and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Tryfox provides AI-powered virtual try-on experiences for Shopify stores. The Service may include image processing, generated try-on outputs, merchant controls, analytics, and related account features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. The Service is intended for business use by merchants and teams.

4. Accounts and Store Access

When you install Tryfox on Shopify, your store account is linked to the Service. You are responsible for account security, user permissions, and all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Interfere with security, reliability, or performance.
• Upload malicious content or data you are not authorized to process.
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

Try-on outputs are generated by AI systems and may vary based on input quality, product assets, and model behavior. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them commercially.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, software, models, and documentation. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans may apply. Pricing, limits, and billing cadence are presented at checkout or in your account. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling or closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tryfox and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Tryfox is established, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
